ST Paul’s Kyamuthei Boys Secondary School invites tenders from eligible dealers to supply a 46
Seater Semi Luxury Bus.
The tender document can be viewed and downloaded from the Public Procurement Information portal
www.tenders.go.ke at no cost. Bidders who download the tender document from these websites will
be required to email their detailed contact information to kyamutheisec@gmail.com for
recording/further clarification and addendum.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a “tender Security” of 2% equivalent to tender price
quoted
The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 11.00 AM , 8
th
September 2023 Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or
any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address
below.
Late tenders will be rejected.
