TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF COMPUTER ACCESSORIES AND TONERS/CARTRIDGES

Prices quoted must include all taxes and carriage to the school, should be in Kenya
shillings and remain valid for 90 days.
Deadline for submission of tender shall be on 18/6/2024 at 11 .00 a.m. The opening of
tenders will be on 18/6/2024 in the library at 11.20 a.m. .
Bidders must provide valid copies of the following.
1. Business registration certificate
2. Tax compliance certificate
3. KRA PIN certificate
4. Single business permit
5. Registration for AGPO(Access to Government Procurement Opportunities) for
restricted tenders designed for Youth, Women and Persons with disabilities.

6. Bank statement from financial institution of their choice .
Completed tender documents must be placed in plain, sealed envelopes clearly marked
‘Tender No___________’ and addressed to:-

KENYATTA HIGH SCHOOL,
P.O. BOX 57
MWATATE.
And placed in the tender box outside the enquiries office.
The school has the right to reject any tender without giving reasons for the rejection and does not
bind itself to the lowest or any tender.
