INVITATION TO TENDER 

SUPPLY OF FUEL AND LUBRICANTS USING FUEL CARD SYSTEM 
NDMA/01/2022-2023  
1. The National Drought Management Authority invites sealed tenders for Supply of Fuel and Lubricants Using Fuel Card System.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 0900hrs to 1700hrs at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.ndma.go.ke or Public Procurement Information Portal https://tenders.go.ke Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.ndma.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to supplychain@ndma.go.ke ,P.O. Box 53547-00200 Nairobi0 to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by an Original tender security (Value Kes.100, 000.00) Kenya Shillings One Hundred thousand in form of a bank guarantee from a reputable bank licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya OR an Insurance Guarantee issued by an insurance company approved by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority and must be valid for a minimum of 154 days from tender opening date.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted including attachments.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:30 a.m. On Tuesday 26th July, 2022. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
