Tender documents with detailed specifications & tendering conditions may be obtained from our Qwetu Sacco plaza, ground floor during normal working hours or can be sent directly to your email address upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs 1,500 for one set of documents per sub-category by cash at Qwetu Sacco Ltd Fosa or payable via Mpesa through paybill No 129104, A/c No. 059630
A completed tender document must be enclosed in plain sealed envelope, marked by the relevant tender no. and addressed to the chairman, Qwetu Sacco Society Limited, P.O Box 802-80300,Voi; and be deposited in the tender box located at Qwetu Sacco plaza, ground floor during normal working hours.
The deadline for participation in the pre-qualification exercise is 19th January 2024 on or before 4.00 PM Friday. The prequalification documents will then be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at Qwetu Sacco plaza board room. Current suppliers and service providers are expected to participate in order to be considered. All applicants who duly complete the pre-qualification process will be notified on the outcomes of their applications after completion of the evaluation process.
