JW Marriott Masai Mara Lodge & Crowne Plaza Nairobi Airport Hotel, invite qualified vendors to submit RFPs for supplying high quality products and services in the following categories:
- Categories of Supplies Needed
- a)Food & Beverage: Fresh produce, dairy products, beverages, and dry goods.
- b)Housekeeping: Cleaning agents, linen, toiletries, and air fresheners.
- c)c Maintenance: Electrical items, plumbing equipment, paints, and HVAC components.
- d)Guest Amenities: Custom-branded items, welcome kits, and umbrellas.
- e)Toyota Land Cruiser & Mercedes: Spare parts, tyres, and accessories.
- Requirements for Submission
- a)Vendor registration form (Ksh 1,000) available at Crowne Plaza Airport Hotel – Staff Security Gate. Till Number: 745825
- b)Valid CR12, PIN certificate, and bank-stamped account details.
- c)Proof of experience and references.
- d)Detailed proposal with pricing, lead times, and after-sales support.
- e)ISO 9001 certification or equivalent (if applicable).
