INVITATION TO TENDER

SUPPLY OF OFFICE FURNITURE TO KISII COUNTY ASSEMBLY OFFICES 

The Kisii County Assembly invites sealed tenders for the supply of assorted furniture for its offices
located at Kisii County Assembly Headquarters in Kisii Town. The P.E is seeking to equip its offices
with office tables, chairs, sofa sets, coffee tables among others as outlined in the scope details in this
tender document. The items are urgently needed for office occupancy. The period of supply must be by
31st March, 2023.
4. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using this
standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
5. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during working hours 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday except national holidays at the
Procurement Offices, Kisii County Assembly and in the Public Procurement Information Portal(PPIP)
6. A complete set of tender documents may obtained FREE OF CHARGE by interested
tenders. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website:
www.kisiiassembly.go.ke Tender documents obtained electronically will also be free of charge.
7. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.kisiiassembly.go.ke Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their
particulars immediately to edondieki@kisiiassembly.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or
addendum.
8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a “tender Security” of Ksh two hundred and fifty
thousand (Kshs 250,000.00)
9. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
10. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 22nd March,2023
at 11.00am East African time [insert time and date].
11. Only Electronic Tenders be permitted.
12. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above .
Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who
choose to attend at the address below.
