DCA Kenya, (Kakuma Field Office) invites qualified suppliers of to respond to this advertisement.
Goods and services needed:
SUPPLIES
LOT SUP 1: General supplies (e.g. storage materials, buckets, jerricans, Logi plastic crates, lunch boxes, jugs, spatula, basins and other kitchenware)
LOT SUP 2: Electronics and its accessories (e.g. phone and its accessories, fridge, TV)
LOT SUP 3: Bicycles and its accessories
LOT SUP 4: Motorbikes and its accessories
LOT SUP 5: Supply of insects (mealworms, Black soldier flies. Cricket eggs)
LOT SUP 6; Supply of laboratory and protective gears, equipment, and materials. (Assorted fertilizer salts, Chlorophyll meter, pH meter, Dissolved oxygen meter, Hot air oven + drying cups , Glass dessicator (8″) ,Metallic tongs , Data logger)
SERVICES
LOT SERV 3; Radio spot/shows (Radio stations with presence in Kakuma)
LOT SERV 4; Transport services (for cargo from Nairobi to Lodwar/ Kakuma)
Interested suppliers should provide the following information to the Contracting Authority using the contact details below:
Provide the following information (mandatory documents)
- Brief description of the company’s background (company profile)
- The company’s statutory documents (Certificate of registration or incorporation, business permit, KRA Pin, tax compliance certificate and CR12)
- List of your current clients and their contact details
- Reference letters from your past or current clients and/or copies of LPOs/LSOs/Contracts
