KTDA Management Services Ltd is Kenya’s premier organization, providing management services to 70 tea factories in the small-scale tea sector for efficient production, processing and marketing of high quality tea.
KTDA invites tenders from tea machinery and equipment manufacturers/ principal agents for supply, installation and commissioning of tea processing machinery and equipment for its managed tea factories on framework arrangement. The tea processing machinery and equipment include but not limited to; green leaf withering machinery, monorails, weigh-feeders, CTCs, CFUs, dryers, tea sorting and packing machinery, tea packers and storage bins, hydraulic lifts, steam boilers, boiler air preheaters, diesel generators, portable and boiler water treatment plants, storage tanks, fuel dispensers, underground diesel tanks, lathes machine, firefighting pumps, weighing scales, workshop benches etc. A complete list of machinery and equipment is available online on KTDA website link; https://ktdateas.com/tenders/
Interested bidders may obtain detailed tender documents from procurement office located on first floor KTDA Farmers Building, Moi Avenue, Nairobi during office hours, upon payment the non-refundable tender fee. Completed tender documents should be deposited in the tender box at the reception on ground floor, KTDA Farmers Building, Moi Avenue, Nairobi, so as to be received not later than 19th April 2022 at 09.00 AM local time. Tenders will be opened on the same day.
The tender opening shall be virtual through a video link. Bidders shall be provided with the log-in credentials before the tender opening.
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification from the tendering process.
