INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR SUPPLY,DELIVERY,INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF TRACKING DEVICES FOR FLEET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The NAIROBI CITY COUNTY invites sealed tenders for SUPPLY,DELIVERY,INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF
TRACKING DEVICES FOR FLEET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Requirements and special conditions of contract herein.
Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to ALL qualified and interested Tenderers.
Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents at the Website:
www.nairobi.go.ke and www.tenders.go.ke
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000.00
(One thousand shillings). The documents can also be viewed and downloaded from the Nairobi City County Website
www.nairobi.go.ke or IFMIS supplier portal: www.tenders.go.ke at no fee. Bidders who download the tender documents must
forward their particulars immediately to email: nairobiprocurement@gmail.com for records and communication of any further
tender clarifications or addenda .
Prices or rates quoted must be inclusive of all taxes and should remain valid for at least One Hundred and Fifty days (150)
days after the deadline of submission of the tenders.
Tendersto be deposited in the Tender Box on or before 4TH FEBRUARY, 2025 at 11.00 a.m. Tenders will be opened
immediately thereafter in the county boardroom in the presence of candidates or representatives who choose to attend.
Completed tender documentsshould be submitted in plain sealed envelopesin both hard copy original and copy and also to be
submitted through IFMIS SYSTEM which will automatically lock out at the time and date of the tender closing and clearly marked

NCG reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without giving reasons thereof and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or
any tender.
Any canvassing or giving of false information will lead to automatic disqualification.
The IFMIS system will automatically lock out at the time and date of tender closing. Completed tender documents are to be
uploaded online vide negotiation number…………through the IFMIS supplier portal -supplier.treasury.go.ke and also MUST
SUBMIT an Original and a copy to the tender box located at the City Hall 4
th Floor Room 400, Supply Chain Management
Office so as to be received on or before 4th February, 2025 at 11.00 a.m.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of unconditional bank guarantee issued by banksregulated by the
Central Bank of Kenya/reputable insurance company of Kshs. 100,000/- (Kenya Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only)
The Tenderer SHALL chronologically and sequentially serialize all pages of the tender documentssubmitted in the numerical
format i.e., 1, 2, 3, 4……………including the cover page and all other pages and attachments.
