TENDER NO. ITB/KJ/05/18/2023 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF EIGHT (8) VIP LATRINE BLOCKS & INSTALLATION OF FIVE (5)10,000L WATER TANK ROOF-TOP RAINWATER HARVESTING IN KAJIADO CENTRAL- SUB COUNTY.

Feed the Children Kenya invites sealed Tenders from eligible contractors who meet the following minimum conditions (Mandatory):
- Evidence of experience in similar works of same nature and complexity in the last five years
- Valid Certificate of Incorporation / Certificate of
- Must submit CR12 from Registrar of Companies to show list of directors.
- Copies of valid tax compliance, VAT and PIN
- Bank certified bank statement for the last 2
- Technical staff
- Valid Business Permit
- Valid registration with National Construction Authority (NCA 1-6)
SCOPE OF WORK
The work involves construction of 8 VIP latrine blocks & installation of 5 10,000L water tank for roof-top rainwater harvesting in Kajiado Central-sub-County and is not limited to the following: – Builders Works (20ft Pit excavation, pit lining and slabbing, Sub-structure, Super-structure, Roofing, Doors, and Finishes for the latrines and Construction of concrete base, supply of 10,000L PVC water tank, Gutters Installation for roof catchment) and branding works for both works. The breakdown of latrine blocks and roof-top rainwater harvesting in each school is as the table below.

Pre- site visit is mandatory for all bidders. Interested bidders will sign a form in Feed the Children Ilbisil Offices along Kajiado – Namanga Highway within the tendering period to confirm they have visited the proposed construction sites in the proposed schools above.
The duly completed tender documents in plain sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender name, tender reference and should be addressed to the following address: –

and be deposited in the Tender Box at Feed the Children Main Reception located in Gate No. 56, Gigiri Court, Off UN Crescent to be received on or before MONDAY, 12TH JUNE 2023 at 4:00 PM. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late tenders will be rejected.
Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and shall remain valid for 150 days from the closing date of the tender. Eligible bidders who need clarification of tendering documents should write to procurement.kenya@feedthechildren.org.
Feed the Children reserves the right to accept or reject any TENDER documents without giving any reasons thereof.
