INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR THE PROPOSED COMPLETION WORKS AT FUNYULA ENTERPRISES DEVELOPMENT CENTER BUSIA COUNTY 

TENDER NUMBER: MSEA/OT/01/2023-2024 
The Micro and Small Enterprises Authority invites sealed bids from eligible registered companies for the proposed
completion works at Funyula Enterprises Development Center Busia County
Interested and eligible candidates may view / obtain the tender document by downloading it from the
Authority’s website www.msea.go.ke or the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) website:
www.tenders.go.ke. Any request for clarifications must be made in writing at least five (5) days to the closing date
of the tender. All Clarifications and/or addendums will be posted on the Authority’s website i.e. www.msea.go.ke
Prices quoted for the above tender shall be inclusive of all taxes, and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya
Shillings and shall remain valid for one hundred and eight nine (180) days from the closing date of the tender.
Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration Form in the format provided in the tender
document. The tenderers shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. Late tenders
shall be rejected.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender number
and name and deposited in the Tender Box provided at the MSEA Reception on Mezzanine one, Utalii House, Utalii
lane Nairobi, and addressed to:

MICRO AND SMALL ENTERPRISES AUTHORITY P.O BOX 48823-00100, NAIROBI, KENYA
To be received on or before 31st January, 2024 at 11:00am.
Tender documents will be opened immediately thereafter at Mezzanine one, Utalii House, Utalii lane, Nairobi in the
presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
