INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF NDEIYA WARD OFFICE IN KIAMBU COUNTY

The County Assembly of Kiambu invites sealed tenders for the construction of Ndeiya Ward Office in Kiambu County
Tendering will be conducted under an open national tender using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to
all qualified and interested Tenderers
1. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours between 8 am-4 pm at the address given below.
2. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested may be obtained electronically from the
Websites www.tenders.go.ke and www.kiambuassembly.go.ke free of charge.
3. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the above websites Tenderers who download
the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to info@kiambuassembly.go.ke to facilitate
any further clarification or addendum.
4. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for (150)
days from the date of opening of tenders.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kshs. 100,000.00 in form of a bank guarantee froma
reputable bank or financial institution regulated by the Central Bank of Kenya valid for 30 days beyond the
tender validity period. The tender security shall be submitted online and the original dropped in the Tender
box at the County Assembly of Kiambu reception on or before the closing date and time of the tender as
indicated above
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tender document must be submitted only on IFMIS ONLY on or before 14th April 2023 at 11
a.m.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above Tenders will be publicly
opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
