INVITATION TO TENDER 
TENDER REF NO: KTTI/DST/005/2022/2023 
TENDER NAME : TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF AN INSTITUTE DRIVING SCHOOL TRUCK 
1.1 Kiirua Technical Training Institute invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for supply of An Institute Driving School Truck whose specifications are detailed in this Tender Document.
1.2 Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents from the procurement office, Kiirua Technical Training Institute, Meru County during normal working hours.
1.3 A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of non-refundable fees of Kshs.2,000.00 through the institute Paybill number or Bankers cheque payable to the Accounts Office.
1.4 Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference number and be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the Administration Block and be addressed to the Principal, Kiirua Technical Training Institute, P.O Box 1931 -60200 Meru, so as to be received on or before 12/08/2022 at 10:00A.M.
1.5 Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for (90) days from the closing date of the tender.
1.6 Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at Kiirua TTI Board Room.
Late bids will not be accepted.
