Tender for the Supply and Delivery of Computers and Computer Central Processing Units – Dedan Kimathi University

Detailed Bid documents and requirements for eligibility may be obtained from Dedan Kimathi University of Technology’s Procurement office located at Resource Centre II Main Campus during normal working hours. Bidders may also view and download the documents at no cost from the university’s website www.dkut.ac.ke and additionally on www.tenders.go.ke    those  who  download  the  documents  must forward their particulars immediately for recording and any further clarifications and addenda to procurement@dkut.ac.ke.

Bidder’s shall submit an original and a copy of tender documents clearly marked “Original” or “Copy” and packaged together. Sealed and duly completed tender documents in plain envelopes indicating the Tender Number and without identifying the sender must be addressed to:

     Due to COVID restrictions Bidders are encouraged to send the Tender Documents via Courie

And be deposited in the Tender Box provided at the entrance to the Resource Center II so as to be received on or before   Friday 23^rd April, 2021 at 10:00am. Tender documents shall be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the Resource Centre II Dome in compliance with  MOH COVID 19 Protocols.
