Mhasibu SACCO Society Limited invites sealed tenders from qualified suppliers for the supply and development, installation, and support of an Audit System (Tender Reference MHS/PR0C/AUDS/4/2023)
Interested and eligible suppliers should Register and download complete tender documents from the SACCO’s website on www.mhasibusacco.com/tenders. Qualified suppliers should further make payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs 1,000 through MPESA Pay Bill No 5407001 Account Number being the Tender Reference.

Completed tender documents (Technical and Financial Proposals] in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the Tender Reference Number, Tender Name and MPESA Transaction reference, should be dropped in the Tender Box at the Society offices on or before 10th November 2023 at 12.00 noon duly addressed to:

Quoted prices expressed in Kenya shillings should be inclusive of all taxes, delivery, professional, installation and other related costs
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers representatives who choose to attend the opening at Mhasibu SACCO Society premises.
