TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, AND COMMISSIONING OF VIDEO & AUDIO CONFERENCE FACILITIES

1. AMPATH is a The Academic Model Providing Access to Health Care (AMPATH) is a project under the auspices of Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital (MTRH) and a Consortium of North American Universities led by Indiana University whose aim is to provide sustainable efforts in access to Health Care, Research, and Training. USAID AMPATH Uzima is funded by USAID/PEPFAR also supports the Ministry of Health in four (4) Counties: Uasin Gishu, West Pokot, Trans Nzoia and Elgeyo Marakwet through USAID support.
2. MTRH invites sealed bids invites sealed tenders for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Commissioning of Video & Audio Conference Facilities
3. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested tenderers. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more items.
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the address given below.
5. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenderers upon payment of a non- refundable fees of Kes. 1000.00 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from www.mtrh.go.ke and / or government tender dedicated portal www.tenders.go.ke Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
6. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to tenders@usaidampathuzima.or.ke to facilitate effective communication/ clarification or addendum.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kes 50,000.00.
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages inclusive of all attachments of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 12TH JULY 2022 at 10:30 a.m. Hand copies of the tender document shall be deposited in the Tender Box “A”, located at Ground Floor, Chandaria Cancer Centre. Bulky tenders shall be received at Supply Chain Department AMPATH Centre Rm B 17.
