INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF AIRTIME (FRAMEWORK CONTRACT)
TENDER NO.: MU/AMP/T/2024-2025/020
1. MOI UNIVERSITY – AMPATH RSPO is a program managed by Moi University.
2. Moi University-AMPATH RSPO invites sealed bids from manufacturers, authorized
local or international dealers or reputable local suppliers for TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY
OF AIRTIME (FRAMEWORK CONTRACT) valid for a period of 2 years from contract signing
date renewable annually subject to satisfactory performance.
3. Tendering will be conducted under Open National Tender using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested tenderers.
Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more items.
4. Further information as pertains to this tender may be obtained during working
hours (Monday to Friday) between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm using the address given
below.

6. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to scmrspo@ampath.or.ke to facilitate effective communication/
clarification or addendum.
7. Paragraph 3(1) of The Levy Order, 2023; provides that there shall be paid a Levy by a supplier on
all procurement contracts signed between the supplier and a procuring entity, at the rate of zero
point zero three per centum (0.03%) of the value of the signed contract, exclusive of applicable
taxes.
8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of KES 150,000 from registered
financial institutions by Central Bank of Kenya or Insurance companies approved by
PPRA and registered by IRA valid for a period of 180 days from the date of tender
opening. Failure to attach the Tender Security will lead to automatic rejection of the tender.
9. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
10. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 22nd January
2025 at 10:30am. Hard copies of the tender document shall be deposited at the Tender
Box located at Ground Floor at MECC Building, Moi College of Health Sciences. Bulky
tenders shall be received at the Research and Sponsored Projects Office, Supply Chain
Office at the AMPATH Warehouse (Entrance Opposite Shoe 4 Africa Children’s
Hospital).

14. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above
or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the
address below.
Date of Tender Closing/Opening: 22nd January 2025 AT 10:30 A.M.
N/B: Venue for tender opening shall be advised by the Tender Opening Committee.
15. Late tenders will be rejected.
