The Westland’s National Government Constituencies Development Fund invites interested contractors to participate in the below tender.

Bidders MUST meet the following requirements supported by copies of requisite documents alongside other requirement contained in the tender documents.
- Certificate of Business Registration/incorporation
- Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
- KRA V.A.T / PIN registration certificate.
- Valid copy of N.C.A 7 registration certificate.
- Dully signed Confidential Business Questionnaire.
- Dully filled and signed form of tender.
- Valid CR12 or National Identity card for sole proprietor.
- Bid bond of 2% of the bid price which must remain valid for 180 days (after expiry of tender validity period) from reputable bank or from PPRA accredited insurance company.
Interested bidders may inspect and obtain tender documents from Westlands NGCDF OFFICE, off kyuna rise, behind Nairobi School during normal working hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm upon payment of a non – refundable fee of kshs 1,000 to be deposited to Westlands NGCDF bank account no. 1370261760659 Equity Bank.
There shall be a mandatory pre-tender site visit and bid conference on Saturday 18th July 2020 as follows: Vet Lab Secondary 8:00AM, Loresho Secondary 9:00AM, Farasi Lane Secondary 10:00AM, Lower Kabete Primary 11:00AM and North Highridge Secondary 12:00 Noon.
Tenders in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked the tender number and bearing no indication of the tenderer should be addressed to:

Nairobi.
And be deposited in the tender box at Westlands NG-CDF offices off kyuna Rise, opposite house no. 23 on or before 31st July 2020 at 12.00 Noon.
Submitted bids will be opened soon after the above stated date and time in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
