BUKURA AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE TENDER 2020 

ADDENDUM NOTICE

Bukura Agricultural College (BAC) is an ISO 9001:2015 Certified State Corporation under the Ministry of Agriculture and Irri­gation, established by The Bukura Agricultural Act, 1999 to provide Agricultural Training through integration of research and extension. The College hereby invites eligible firms for construction of a perimeter wall at the College.

The following are the mandatory requirements and considerations: –

  • Copy of certificate of incorporation/registration;
  • Copy of valid Certificate of registration from National Construction Authority (NCA 5 and above) in building
  • Copy of valid trade license single business permits:
  • Copy of valid tax compliance certificate and KRA Pin number;
  • Copy of current CR 12 form;
  • Duly completed form of tender;
  • Duly completed confidential business questionnaire.
  • Pre- tender site visit certificate
  • Completeness of the tender document and price schedule
  • Key personnel to ensure efficient implementation of the works
  • Proof of previous works of similar nature and magnitude undertaken in the last five years
  • Letters of recommendations from three of your major clients;
  • Audited accounts for last three financial years;
  • Proof of tools and equipment to undertake the works
  • Proof of financial capacity to undertake the works
  • Proposed detailed works program

Tender documents may be obtained from Supply Chain Management Office, located on the Ground floor of the Administra­tion Block at the College, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of KShs.1000/- per set of tender documents at the accounts office or downloaded from website: www.bukuracollege.ac.ke free of charge.

NB: Youth, Women and PWDs are encouraged to apply.

Prices quoted must be inclusive of all taxes, delivered at BAC and must remain firm for One Hundred and Twenty (120) days from the closing date of this tender notice. Completed tender documents in plain, sealed envelope(s) clearly marked with the respective ‘Tender Number” and bearing no indication of the tenderer(s) name should be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the entrance to Administrative Block or sent by post to:

So as to reach him not later than Monday, 10th AUGUST 2020 at 10.00am and to be opened immediately thereafter, in the Principal’s Boardroom, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
