TENDER NOTICE

The County Assembly of Nyamira invites sealed tenders from eligible and qualified bidders for provision of the following services.

 PROVISION OF MEDICAL INSURANCE COVER FOR HON. SPEAKER, MEMBERS OF COUNTY ASSEMBLY (MCAS), COUNTY ASSEMBLY SERVICE BOARD MEMBERS (CASB) AND MEMBERS OF STAFF (UNDERWITERS) OPEN

Interested eligible candidates may download a complete set of tender document at the County Assembly of Nyamira website www.nyamirassembly.go.ke/tenders and/or the IFMIS supplier portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke using the unique IFMIS Negotiation Number; 820475

Complete tender documents must be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL: ww.supplier.treasury.go.ke as per the requirement contained in the document so as to be received on or before Monday, 14th September, 2020 at 12:15 pm east African time

Bidders who download the tender document must submit their company name, postal, physical, email and telephone addresses to tenders@nyamiraassembly.go.ke for the purposes of receiving any further tender clarifications and/or addendums if need be.

Tender opening will be carried out immediately thereafter (on Monday 14th September 2020 at 12:15 pm) at the County Assembly of Nyamira at the Former CDF Hall located behind Nyamira Stage, in presence of tenderers or their representatives.
