HOMA BAY COUNTY GOVERNMENT TENDER 2020 

The County Government of Homa Bay through the Homabay Municipal Board invites bids from interested and eligible firms for Civil, Electrical & Mechanical Works at the Proposed Construction of Homabay Municipal Market PHASE II

Interested and eligible bidders are requested to access and download tender documents
through the following websites www.homabay.go.ke and www.homabaymunlcipality.co.ke

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

1. A copy of Business Registration Certificate/Certificate of Incorporation.
2. A copy of PIN certificate.
3. A copy of Valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
4. Proof registration with the National Construction Authority (NCA) in the three categories specified above – NCA 5 and above for Electrical Installation works.
5. Currents License with Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC B & above)
6. Bid Bond from recognized Banking institutions of 2% of Total Contract Sum.
7. Fully completed and signed Confidential Business Questionnaire.
8. Proof of authorization shall in the form of written power of attorney which shall accompany the tender if the signatory to the tender is not a director of the company (i.e. provide name and attach proof of citizenship of the signatory to the Tender).
9. Form CR 12 from Registrar of Companies.
10. Signed Pre-tender site visit form, where required.

Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelope and marked “Tender No…” Should be deposited in the Tender Box at the entrance of the County Government Headquarter offices, or be addressed to the

so as to be received on or before Thursday 13th August, 2020 at 10.00 AM, Tenders will be opened in the boardroom immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.
