Tender documents can be obtained free of charge from Public Procurement Information Portal (www.tenders.go.ke) or from our sembly.go.ke or from the Procurement office of the County Assembly located along Busia-Kisumu road during on payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs 1,000.
Completed tender documents for:
- a)Group A-open Tenders MUST be submitted online through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL supplier.treasury.go.ke in PDF format as per the requirements contained in the tender document.
- b)Group B and C (Framework and Registration respectively), shall be submitted in plain sealed envelopes clearly Category No., Tender No. and the Tender Description and addressed to:-

And be deposited in the tender box situated at the entrance of the County Assembly reception desk so as to be received on or before Tuesday 13th April at 10.00 a.m. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in the presence of bidder’s or their representatives id within the Assembly precincts in compliance with strict Covid 19 protocols.
NOTE: Preference and reservation will apply for small, micro-enterprises, youth, people with disabilities and women. Special groups must f certificate from Access to Government Procurement Opportunities. (AGPO).The special interest groups may well participate competitively in other categories. Any further clarifications or addendum shall be made through the County Assembly’s official website.
