The Judiciary invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for the following listed tenders;

Interested candidates may view / obtain the tender document by downloading it from the Judiciary’s registered website: www.judiciary.go.ke or the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) website: www.tenders.go.ke. Interested bidders are requested to attend virtual Pre-bid Conference on dates and through the links provided. Any request for clarifications must be made in writing at least seven (7 No.) days to the closing date of the tender. All the clarifications and/or addendums will be posted on the Judiciary website and the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) website.
Prices quoted should be the above tender shall be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from the closing date of the tender. The Tenders must be accompanied by tender securities in the amount shown above and in the form of a guarantee from a reputable bank or institution approved by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) payable to the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary. The tenders must be paginated and serialized sequentially pursuant to Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015.
Completed tender document accompanied by a soft copy in a CD should be clearly marked the tender number and description above and be deposited in the Tender Box provided at the Main Gate Supreme Court entrance, City Hall Way, Nairobi to be received on or before the dates indicated in the table above. The tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend a virtual meeting through this links provided.
