TENDER NOTICE – Kapenguria Water and Sewerage Services Company

KAPENGURIA WATER AND SEWERAGE SERVICES COMPANY LTD. TENDER 2020 

Kapenguria Water and Sewerage Services Company limited has received funds from Water Sector Trust Fund a state Corporation under Ministry of Water, Sanitation and irrigation, implementing the EDE CPIRA programs funded by European Union (EU) and Government of Kenya (GoK) with a contribution from County Government of West Pokot for the Proposed Augmentation of Muruny Chepareria water project in Pokot South Sub county, West Pokot County. The Company hereby invites bids from Interested and eligible firms to undertake the Works above.

Interested eligible bidders may download the tender documents free of charge from The County Government of West Pokot Website www.westpokot.go.ke. Alternatively you can obtain the documents from the Government Public Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke or obtain further information from the Kapenguria Water and Sewerage Services Ltd Accounts Office during normal working hours.

Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and must be in Kenyan shillings and shall remain valid for One Twenty (120) days from the tender closing date.

There shall be a MANDATORY Site Visit Meeting at the Kapenguria Water and Sewerage Services Company Ltd Office for all interested Bidders on Tuesday, 11th August, 2020 at exactly 10.00 am

Completed tender documents must be submitted in hard copy in plain sealed envelopes marked with Tender name and reference number and deposited in the Tender Box situated at County Government of West Pokot, Treasury Building Office and to be addressed to;
