COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF KIAMBU TENDER 2020 

TENDER NOTICE

Invites sealed tender bids from reputable, competent and interested bidders for under listed supplies and services for Financial Year 2020/2021 and 2021/2022.

  1. NEGOTIATION NUMBER 819756- Open Tender for the Provision of Security Services in The Department of Health Services
  2. NEGOTIATION NUMBER 819755- Open Tender for Provision of Ambulance Services in Kiambu County Government Hospitals.
  3. KCG/CHS/001/2020-2021-Prequalification of Service providers for Supply, Delivery and Servicing of Specialized Medical Equipment’s
  4. KCG/CHS/002/2020-2021- Prequalification of Suppliers for the Provision of Laundry and Cleaning Services

Bidders shall download the bid documents free of charge from www.kiambu.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke. Instructions to tenderers are contained in the respective tender document.

Complete tender documents (Original and 1 copy] for tender no 3 and 4 should be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope marked with the tender name and reference number and deposited in the tender box at Thika sub-county offices room 15B or be addressed and posted to:

For tender negotiation number 819756 and 819755 shall be submitted through IFMIS platform So as to be received on or before 20th August, 2020 at 10.00 AM.

The tenders will be opened thereafter at Thika sub-county off ices chambers in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who wish to attend. Late bids will be returned unopened.
