Koitaleel Samoei University College would like to invite interested bidders for the following tender;

Tender document with detailed information may be obtained from the Procurement Office at The Koitaleel Samoei University College, upon payment of NON-refundable fee of Kshs.1,000.00 (Kenya Shillings One Thousand Only) for the three Tenders per set of the document OR Download from the Koitaleel Samoei University College website. www.ksu.ac.ke/tenders  . Duly completed tender document enclosed in plain sealed envelope and properly indicating Tender Reference Number as indicated above should be addressed to;

Or deposited in the Tender Box at the Procurement office so as to reach the institution on or before TUESDAY NOVEMBER 17,2020. Tenders will be opened thereafter in the main conference. Bidders are invited to attend or send their representatives if they so wish. Prices quoted MUST BE inclusive of all taxes expressed in Kenya Shillings and remain valid for at least One Hundred and twenty (120) days after the closing date of the tender notice. Tenderers must attach copies of PIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Certificate of Registration, Tax compliance and Audited Accounts for the last Three Years (2018, 2019, and 2020). Bid bond of KES. 2% of tender Amount for all the Tenders is required from a reputable bank. Bidders must serialize, sign each page, put a table of contents and bind the tender document.

Koitaleel Samoei University College reserves the right to accept or reject any tender(s) which is not addressed to the University. Any CANVASSING whatsoever will render the prospective bidder ineligible for participation.
