Completed tender documents clearly marked MCK/LDW/MA/007/FY2020-2021: “Supply, Delivery and Assembly of Assorted office Furniture” should be submitted in a plain sealed envelope and deposited in the tender box located at Mercy Corps- Lodwar Offices at Narewa Area next to Queen of Peace Primary School. Vendors operating outside Lodwar Town can send the tender documents via courier. Kindly address it to the ‘Procurement Desk – Mercy Corps Lodwar located at the above mentioned address. Ensure that you scan a copy of the waybill receipt and send it to us via the email address Ke-ldwbids@mercycorps.org as confirmation of the same. Only bids submitted in the prescribed form and deadlines will be considered.
