THE NATIONAL TREASURY AND PLANNING TENDER 2020 

TENDER NOTICE

The State Department for Planning invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for the tenders detailed below: –

Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender document at the State Department for Planning, Harambe Avenue, The National Treasury Building, Procurement Office Room 716 during normal working hours.

The specific tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates and downloaded free on charge from the State Department for Planning website www.planning.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke. Those who download the document and intend to participate should inform the Department via email: procurement@planning.go.ke in case there is need for fur­ther communication in regard to the tender.

Duly completed bid documents should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with the tender reference number and the tender name and deposited in the Tender Box at 9th Floor, The National Treasury Building, Harambe Avenue or addressed to

So as to be received on or before 30th September 2020 at 11.00 A.M.

Tenders shall be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend at the Boardroom, 10th Floor, Treasury Building. The tenders shall be opened in strict adherence to the Ministry of Health protocols on COVID 19.

Prices quoted should be net, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 90 days from the closing date of the tender.
