OTEMA HOUSING COOPERATIVE SOCIETY LTD TENDER JULY 2021 

The Chairman, Otema Housing Co-operative Society Limited invites sealed tenders for the construction of Commercial Building on Plot No. Nyeri Municipality Block 111/190.

Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect tender documents at the society offices during normal working hours.

A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 3,000 in cash or bankers cheque payable to Otema Housing Co-operative Society Limited.

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid and open for acceptance for 120 days from the closing/opening date of tender.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Tender name and Reference number

and deposited in the tender box at Otema Housing Co-operative Society Limited or to be addressed to;
