TENDERS FOR THE SUPPLY OF SEEDS 2023 – COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF BUSIA

1. County Government of Busia invites sealed tenders for the supply of Seeds
2. Tendering will be conducted under open national tender using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is reserved for Youth, Women and Persons with Disabilities dully registered by the
treasury.
3. Tender documents containing detailed specifications can be obtained from the Public Procurement Information Portal
Portal (www.tenders.go.ke )
4. Interested bidders who download the documents should immediately send their particulars through email
procbusia@gmail.com to facilitate any further clarification or addendum. Further, all prospective bidders are advised to
visit the website regularly to check any updates or addenda that may be issued.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the Public Procurement Information
Portal (www.tenders.go.ke )
1. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
2. Complete filled tenders must be submitted through the Integrated Financial Management Information System
((IFMIS) supplier platform. www.supplier.treasury.go.ke on or before 19th October 2023 at 10.00 a.m.
3. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and
times specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
4. Late tenders will be rejected.
