THE DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATIONS OF PORT ASSETS THROUGH PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS
- The Kenya Ports Authority invites sealed bids from eligible tenderers for Qualification of Bidders for The Development and Operation of Port Assets through PPP (Lamu Container Terminal Berth 1-3, Lamu Special Economic Zone, Mombasa Port’s Berth 11-14 and Mombasa Port Container Terminal 1
- More details on the Projects are provided in the RFQ document which may be viewed and downloaded for free from the KPA website www.kpa.co.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to tenders@kpa.co.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
- If a Private Party is a Joint Venture [JV], the full name of the JV shall be used and all members, starting with the name of the lead member.
- Bidders are advised to regularly visit the KPA website to obtain any additional information/ addendum on the tender.
- Completed bids shall be submitted in the manner and place provided in the RFQ document so as to be received on or before 1000 hours East African time on Thursday 12th October 2023.
- Qualification documents will be opened promptly thereafter the deadline for submission in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the opening, at the Procurement Conference Room located at the New Service Area [Kapenguria] at the Kenya Ports Authority, Kipevu, Kilindini Mombasa.
