TENDER NOTICE.
BUMULA NG-CDF invites Tenders from eligible invites tenders from eligible bidders for the following
works under mentioned being funded by NGCDF.
THE PROPOSED COMPLETION OF ADMINISTRATION BLOCK AT NAPARA GIRLS HIGHSCHOOL IN BUNGOMA COUNTY
NG-CDF/BUMULA/016/2022-2023
SITE VISIT
Interested Contractors are advised to visit the sites
to familiarize themselves with the proposed works.
ELIGIBILITY
Interested bidders are required to meet the
following mandatory conditions: –
1. Attach a copy of the National Construction Authority Certificate (Building Works) NCA
5 above; accompanied practicing license.
2. Attach copy of Business Registration/Incorporation;
3. Attach copy of current and Valid Tax Compliance Certificate;
4. A copy of valid Single Business Permit license from the relevant County Government.
5. Copy of audited financial report from a reputable firm for the last two years;
6. Copy of CR12 with copies of Director’s ID;
7. Completely filled in and stamped, Confidential Business Questionnaire,
8. Form of Tender must be dully filled.
9. Proof of similar work of similar magnitude;
10. Tender documents must be sequentially paginated/serialized on each page including all the attachments.
11. Prices Quoted MUST be inclusive of all taxes and remain valid for a period of 120 days from the day of opening the bids
12. Bid security of Ksh.500,000 from reputable bank or Insurance Company approved by PPRA for open tenders as specified in the
tender document.

Duly completed documents in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the category number (Tender no.) item and should
be deposited at the BUMULA NG-CDF OFFICE Tender Box located at BUMULA NGCDF Offices or sent to:

Tenders to be received on or before Wednesday 11th October, 2023 at 10.00 A.M. Local Time.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of tenders and /or their representatives who choose to attend.
Late applications will not be accepted.
