ST.TERESA ‘S KABULA BOYS HIGH SCHOOL TENDER JULY 2024 

MINISTRY OF EDUCATION SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

The Ministry of Education Science and Technology through St. Teresa’s Kabula Boys High School invites Tenders from eligible bidders for the following works funded by the Ministry of Education Science and Technology.

SITE VISIT: Interested Contractors are advised to visit the site to familiarize themselves with the proposed works.

ELIGIBILITY

Interested bidders are required to meet the following mandatory conditions: –

1. Attach a certified copy of the certificate of incorporation/Registration)
2. Must provide an original bid security of 2% of the contract price from an approved reputable commercial bank or PPRA-approved insurance company in the form of a banker’s cheque or bank guarantee. Any other form of bid bond will not be accepted. The bid security should be valid for 150 days after the date of tender opening. TSC shall seek information on bid security validity from the issuing Financial Institutions or Insurance firms.
3. Must provide a certified valid copy of the Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC). Attach TCC checker from the KRA Website
4. Must provide a certified copy of a valid PIN Certificate and VAT
5. Must be registered in Category NCA 8 (Building Works) and above with the National Construction Authority (enclose a valid certified copy of the registration certificate and Practicing License).
6. For specialists, works must be registered in Category NCA 8 and above with the National Construction Authority (enclose a valid certified copy of the registration certificate and Practicing License) for relevant trade OR provide a signed agreement with a subcontractor who meets the above requirement
7. Where there’s a signed agreement in S/No. MR6 above, the subcontractor must provide;
8. i)Certificate of Incorporation/Registration
9. ii)A valid copy of the Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC).
10. The Form of Tender must be duly completed, signed and stamped in the format provided by the Director or if delegated, attach a letter of attorney,
11. Copy of audited financial statements of accounts for the last three years (2021,2022and 2023) signed by an Accountant/Auditor Registered member of ICPAK.
12. Must fill, sign and stamp the Confidential Business Questionnaire in the format provided
13. A certified Copy of CR12 (should be within (6) months) with copies of the Director’s

ID;
