INVITATION FOR TENDER
THE PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES FOR THE COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF BUNGOMA 2023

The County Government of Bungoma through the Department of Public Service Management and
Administration invites sealed tenders from eligible and competent Cleaning service providers for the
Provision of Cleaning Services to the head office in Bungoma and Regional Offices in the entire nine (9}
sub counties as detailed in the Schedule of requirements and tender form. Tendering will be conducted
under Open Competitive method using a standard tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and
interested tenderers.
Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents during
office hours 0900to1500hours] at the County Supply Chain Management offices. More details on the
services are provided in Part 2-Services requirement; section V-description of services of the tender
document. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically by down loading from the
County Government of Bungoma website; www.go.ke or public procurement information portal:
https://tenders.go.ke, free of charge.
Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the County Government of Bungoma
Website www.go.ke or public procurement information portal: https://tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who
download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
{publicservicemgt@gmail.com} to facilitate any further clarification or addendum. All tenders must be
accompanied by a tender security or tender –securing declaration as appropriate of ksh. 1,200,000.00 In the
form of a Guarantee issued by a Bank or Insurance Company accepted by Public Procurement Regulatory
Authority. The tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. Prices
quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for 120
days from the closing date. The Prices quoted in the tender/bid should be net inclusive of all taxes

Bungoma Offices, should be submitted electronically through the IFMIS PLATFORM {MANUAL
TENDERS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.} so as to be received on or before Thursday, 22nd June, 2023
at 10.00 a.m. Opening of tenders/bids will take place immediately thereafter at the Conference Room annex
building in the presence of tenderers designated representatives who choose to attend. Late tenders will be
rejected. All bidders are advised to regularly check the website during the bidding period. County
Government of Bungoma reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and may annul the tendering
process and reject all tenders at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to
the affected tenderer or tenderers.
