INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER NO. PPRA/OT/01/2022-2023 

THE PROVISION OF SECURITY, GUARDING AND RECEPTIONIST SERVICES 
The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) invites sealed tenders from
eligible candidates the provision of Security, guarding and Receptionist Services a
two-year framework contract effective 12th January, 2023. The contract will be
subject to annual Satisfactory Performance review.
A complete set of tender document may be viewed and downloaded free of charge from
the Authority’s website: www.ppra.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke.
Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and must be in Kenya Shillings and
should remain valid for 150 days after date of tender opening. Tenders shall remain
valid for 120 days from the date of opening.
The tenderer shall furnish, as part of its tender, a tender security of Kshs. 50,000.
The tender security shall be in the form of a Guarantee issued by a Bank or
Insurance Company accepted by PPRA
Bidders shall ensure serialization of all the pages for each bid submitted.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked
‘TENDER NO. PPRA/OT/01/2022-2023 FOR PROVISION OF SECURITY,
GUARDING AND RECEPTIONIST SERVICES and be deposited in the tender box
provided at The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority’s Offices, 6th Floor, KISM
Towers, Ngong Nairobi, and addressed to:

Public Procurement Regulatory Authority,
P. O. Box 58535 – 00200
NAIROBI
So as to be received on or before Wednesday 23rd November, 2022 at 11:00
AM.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers
representatives who choose to attend the opening at the Board Room, 6th floor,
KISM Towers, Ngong Road, Nairobi.
PPRA reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and may annul the tendering
process and reject all tenders at any time prior to contract award without thereby
incurring any liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers
