- The Government of Kenya (GoK) has received financing from the World B Finance and Public Private Partnerships Project – Additional Financing (IF! proceeds for consulting services.
- The consulting services (“the Services”) will be conducted in two Phases t Water, Sanitation and Irrigation Sector, as coordinated by the Ministry of V identify and select a long list of projects that lend themselves to implement the selection of a shortlist of not only bankable but immediately implemen the contracting authorities in the procurement of the projects that are det shortlist to be implemented over a period of 18 months with an expected :

- The National Treasury & Planning (the Client), now invites eligible con their interest in providing the services. Interested Consultants should pro have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the S limited to maximum of 30 pages length. The Transaction Advisor will co providing the requisite financial, legal, technical (water, sanitation, irrigation managed by a lead advisor. The lead advisor should be either the Financial ( evaluated against the following criteria; a) Financial advisory, analysis and finance with emphasis on water, sanitation and irrigation projects over tf project structuring experience with evidence of having acted as Transacts consortium on at least 2 projects in water, sanitation and irrigation in Sul markets in the last 15 years (only experience in the last 15 years will get err experience) c) Engineering and design experience in the last 15 years in treatment; desalination; pipeline and network; irrigation and drainage; in the last 15 years will get credit, with preference given for more recent prepared technical feasibility studies for at least 3 (three) water and sanitation; Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) for at least 2 infra: accordance with international best practice including World Bank/ IFC gu sector in Kenya and elsewhere in sub-Saharan Africa (only experience preference given for more recent experience). Under each of the criteria relevant projects or transactions for the experience required, start ended) and country where the project was done. Key Experts will not be evaluated at the shortlisting stage.
