1. The (NAIROBI CITY CONTY GOVERMENT) invites sealed tenders for the provision of services, i.e. TRANSPORT
SERVICES FOR NAIROBI COUNTY ATHLETES FROM NAIROBI CITY TO KISUMU CITY THE
TRANSPORT SERVICE IS NEEDED FOR 7(SEVEN) DAY )

2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method [OPEN TENDER] using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
In case tender is subject to multiple contracts/lots, insert “Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or
more lots”.

3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours [insert office hours if applicable i.e., 0800 to1500 hours] at the address given below. More
details on the Services are provided in PART 2 – Services’ Requirements, Section V – Description of
Services of the Tender Document.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a
non-refundable fees of (NONE) in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender
documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s)WWW.nairobi.go.ke or WWW.tenders.go.ke
Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (insert website). Tenderers who
download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
(nairobiprocurement@gmail.com) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a [insert “tender Security”,” as appropriate] of [60,000, ksh ) and

7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.

time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
