INVITATION TO TENDER 

UPGRADING OF BARCLAYS-NYABORA LOT 11 ROAD IN MUMIAS SUB COUNTY
TENDER NO: KURA/RMLF/WE/226/2022-2023 

The KENYA URBAN ROADS AUTHORITY invites sealed tenders for the construction of UPGRADING OF BARCLAYS-NYABORA LOT 11 ROAD IN MUMIAS SUB COUNTY
Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers UNDER THE ALL CATEGORY.
1. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours from9.00AM to 4.00PM at the address given below.
2. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a non- refundable fees of Kenya shillings One Thousand only (Kshs 1,000.00) in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.kura.go.ke or www.tender.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
3. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (Error! Hyperlink reference not valid. www.tender.go.ke.). Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to KENYA URBAN ROADS AUTHORITY WESTERN REGION P.O BOX 2665-50100-KAKAMEGA to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
4. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 210 days from the date of opening of tenders.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender securing Declaration Form in the format provided.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically and sequentially serialize all pages in a numerical format 1,2,3,4,5……. Including the cover page of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 12th July 2022 at 10.00 am Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
8. Tenders will be closed on 12th July 2022 at 10.00 am and opening will be done immediately after Closing. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
