KISII COUNTY GOVERNMENT TENDER APRIL 2022 

KISII MUNICIPALITY

The Kisii Municipality is responsible for the management, development, rehabilitation and maintenance of classified urban Roads within the Municipality

Kisii Municipality wishes to invite bids from eligible construction companies for works described below to be funded by Kenya Urban Support Programme (KUSP)

Bidders may access detailed Tender Document in www.kisii.go.ke/tenders or www.tenders.go.ke free of charge.

The following must be submitted together with bid:

1. Certified copy of Certificate of incorporation
2. Certified copy of Registration Certificate and License, Road Works.
3. Copy of Valid Tax Compliance Certificate (Will be verified on the KRATCC Checker)
4. Certified copy of current Single business permit.
5. Certified Copy of RECENT CR12 form generated through the system-(12 months before opening date) from Registrar of Companies.
6. Bid Bond of. Ksh 1,000,000. from a reputable bank or insurance company.

Note:

All Certification of Documents shall be original and executed by a Commissioner for Oaths or Notaries Public.

Certificates/Licenses may be verified from or with the Issuing Authorities/Agencies

Interested bidders are required to frequently check the Kisii County website www.kisii.go.ke/tenders for any tender addenda and clarification that may arise before closure of submissions.

Or deposited in the Tender Boxes at Kisii Municipality Offices situated at the New Fire Station Building along Storm Hotel Road, so as to be received on or before 11.00am on 22^nd  APRIL, 2022.

There shall be Mandatory PRE-TENDER SITE VISITS to be conducted on 28th – 29th April 2022 during normal working hours.
