TENDER NOTICE

Mwea Rice Grower’s Multipurpose Co-operative Society Limited wishes to invite bidders for services and supply of; –

DESCRIPTION
1.       Supply of Office Stationeries.
2.       Printing Services.
3.       Repairs and maintenance. –

[A], weighing machines (b), Computers, Printers, sharp photocopier machine and other electronic equipment (C) refilling and servicing firefighting equipments.
4.       Supply of Spare parts for [a] Tractors new Holland TO 80 (b) Fuel pumps Tokhem (c) Rotavators, (d) Kubota Combine Harvester’s.
5.       Supply of Sanitary materials.
6.       Supply of Computer hardware’s and Accessories.
7.       Insurance services.
8.       Supply of Gas (refilling cooking gas).
9.       Supply of staff Uniforms.
10.     Rice packaging materials.
11.     Clearing and forwarding.
12.     Supply of office furniture.

Bidder must possess a Tax compliance certificate, current trade license and be VAT registered where applicable.

On normal working days from 22th January 2024 between 9.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ksh 1000/-.
