NC-CDF Bura Constituency invite Bids from Competent tenderers to undertake works as indicated below:

Tender documents may be obtained from NG -CDF office Bura Constituency upon payment of Non Refundable fee of Kenya shillings one thousand (Kshs. 1,000.00) only payable in cash during normal working hours.
Interested bidders should note that only those who meet the criteria indicated below as minimum evaluation criteria supported by relevant documents at submission will be considered for further evaluation.
- Certificate of incorporation/Registration.
- Valid Tax compliance certificate. •
- KRA PIN Certificate.
- NCA Certificate -General Building Works Category 5,6,7 and 8 Only
- Audited accounts for 2019 – 2020
- Valid Business permit.
- Proof of Equipment owned or hired.
- Personnel.
- Proof of similar works done in the past three years.
- CR12 Valid for the last six months from the date of tender opening or copies of National ID for the directors
- Serialization of all pages of the tender documents submitted in the format of 1,2,3,4 including all attachments.
- Tender security of Kshs. 200,000 from financial institutions approved by Central Bank of Kenya or insurance companies approved by PPRA
Further, tenders from the following shall be treated as NON RESPONSIVE and therefore subject to automatic disqualification:
- A tender from a tenderer whose ongoing project is behind schedule and without any approved extension time
- A tender from a tenderer who has been served a default notice of ongoing projects or termination in Government Contract.
A complete set of tender document in a plain sealed envelope marked with the tender number and Name written on top should be addressed to the Fund Account Manager NC – CDF Bura constituency P.O.Box 100 – 70104 or be deposited at NC – CDF Bura Constituency Tender box located at the entrance of office on or before 16th March 2022 at 10.00 am. Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time ‘ at NC – CDF Bura office Boardroom in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
Prices quoted will be inclusive of all taxes and should remain valid for 210 days from the date of opening the tender.
The NC-CDF BURA has the right to reject any tender with or without giving reasons for rejection and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
