Kenya National Library Service (knls) is a state corporation whose mandate is to promote, establish, equip,
manage, maintain and develop libraries in Kenya.
Knls invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following: –

Interested eligible candidates may obtain tender documents at the Procurement offices located at Maktaba
Kuu Building, 6th floor, Community, Ngong Road-Nairobi during normal working hours upon payment of a
non-refundable tender fee of Ksh.1000.00 per set or download free of charge from knls website
www.knls.ac.ke or Public Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke/www.ppip.go.ke Completed
tender documents shall be deposited in the same location. Late bids shall be rejected.
All bidders who download the tender documents MUST register with Procurement office by sending an email to
