The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) is a State Corporation established under the Kenya Roads Act, 2007 with the responsibility for Management, Development, Rehabilitation and Maintenance of National Trunk Roads.
The Government of the Republic of Kenya (GoK) through its implementing agency, Kenya National Highways Authority, has set aside funds under Road Maintenance Levy Fund (RMLF) Budget and invites bids for Request for Proposal (RFP) for Consultancy Services from eligible consulting firms to undertake the Consultancy Services for Road Reserve Survey and Title Survey for various road sections
KeNHA invites sealed tenders from eligible consulting firms as indicated in the table below.

- Any firm having two or more ongoing assignments with Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) need not apply;
- To enhance Equity each bidder may apply for all Six (6 No.) bids but can only be awarded One (1 No.) bid that shall be favourable to the Employer.
