Interested eligible applicants may obtain further information and inspect the tender Documents
from the Head of Supply Chain Management Services, Government Press, 2nd Floor Room 210 on
normal working hours from Mondays to Fridays except on Public Holidays.
The detailed tender documents may be downloaded from the following websites
www.tenders.go.ke and www.interior.go.ke and www.headofpublicservice.go.ke free of charge.
Complete set of tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly labeled with the tender
number, tender name and bearing no indication of the tenderer should be deposited in the tender
box located at the Government Press reception so as to be received on or before 17th August,
2023 at 10.00 a.m.
Tenders will be opened immediately after closing in presence of the bidders/representatives who
choose to attend in the board room at the Government Press 2
nd Floor main administration
building, Haile Selassie Avenue. Late bids will be returned unopened.
