THE KISII TEACHING AND REFERRAL HOSPITAL

The County Government of Kisii – Department of Medical Services, Public Health and Sanitation wishes to invite eligible bidders/vendors to bid for the following services as detailed herein:

The shortlisting criteria of the EOI on required qualification and experience of the firm are: –
- i)Conformance with various statutory requirements.
- ii)Experience in the assignment including technical and managerial capability.
iii) At least two references from major clients.
- iv)At least three [3] assignments of similar nature and size carried out within the last five (5) years.
Shortlisted firms for the EOI will be invited to submit their Proposal. Firms will be selected in accordance with Quality and Cost Based Selection method procedures as set out in the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015.
Interested firms are required to submit their interest & bids through Integrated Financial Management Information System [IFMIS] Suppliers Portal rhttps://supplier.treasurv,Bo.kel using the Negotiation Numbers: 1352955 & 1352956 respectively. All instructions including any relevant documents will be attached to this negotiation numbers. Any further clarification or addendum will also be communicated on the said negotiation numbers.
Expression of interest and Open tender must be responded to by 5th September, 2023 at 10.00 am East African Time. Both tenders will be opened on the same day in the presence of firm’s representatives who choose to attend at the Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital New Conference Hall.
