There will be a site visit for Proposed Main Library Complex Phase 2 (Building and Associated Civil Engineering works only] at Chuka University Main Campus on 11th November, 2021 at 12 noon

Completed Tender Documents in plain sealed envelope indicating the “TENDER NUMBER AND NAME” without identifying the sender should be addressed to:

and placed in the Tender Box at the Chuka University Vice- Chancellor’s office ON OR BEFORE 18th November, 2021 at 12.00 Noon.

Opening of bids will take place immediately thereafter at Chuka University Conference Hall in the presence of bidders /their repre­sentatives who may choose to attend. All parties will be required to observe all MOH COVID-19 protocols.
