MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS.
- A copy of business registration certificate/certificate of incorporation.
- A copy of valid tax compliance certificate.
- Submit copy of valid tender security as indicated in the Tender Data Sheet.
- Copy of relevant Valid National Construction Authority Registration Certificate [NCA Category indicated in the tender document
- Duly filled, signed and stamped form of tender prepared on supplier’s letterhead clearly showing the Tenderer’s complete name and business address
- Must submit a copy of relevant current National Construction Authority Practicing License [[(NCA Category indicated in the tender document
- All tenderers to provide tender security in the form of a Demand Bank guarantee from a financial institution regulated by Central Bank of Kenya (CBK).
- Confidential business questionnaire duly filled and signed.
- A copy of valid single business permit [S.B.P]
- A copy of CR12 for limited company and for Sole proprietor & Partnership companies to provide copies of directors I.D)
- Dully filled, signed and stamped Certificate of Independent Tender Determination Form
- Dully filled, signed and stamped Self Declaration Form SD2
- Dully filled, signed and stamped Declaration and Commitment to the code of ethics Form
- Written declaration letter signed and stamped by the tenderer that the firm/person/tenderer is not debarred from participating in procurement proceedings
- Written declaration letter signed and stamped by the tenderer that the firm/person/tenderer is not guilty of violation of fair employment laws and * practices
- Written Power of Attorney for the person[s] duly authorized to bind the tenderer certified by commissioner of oaths.
- Tender document MUST be sequentially Paginated/serialized/ Numbered on each page including all the attachments.
- Attach copy of valid EPRA Certificate where applicable
Prices quoted should be net, inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period [119) days from the closing date of the tender.
Complete tender document should be submitted through the supplier portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke on or before 27th April, 2022. Original bid security must be delivered to Homa Bay County Supply Chain Management Office during normal office hours before the tender closing date.
