The County Government of Kiambu, through the DEPARTMENT OF TRADE, TOURISM, COOPERATIVES & ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT, invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the following tenders in the financial year 2021/2022;-

Interested bidders may obtain clarifications from the Supply Chain Management Office at the 2nd  Floor, Room B-03 Red Nova Offices Block B during working hours or through the email procurement@kiambu.go.ke

A pre-bid site visit has been arranged for all interested bidders on Thursday 18th November, 2021 starting 9.00 AM for Kinale, Kijabe, Nyanduma, Kamburu, Kirenga, Limuru. Nachu, Kikuyu, Soko Mjinga Market, and Gatamaiyu Fishing Camp sites.

A separate pre-bid site visit has been a Tanged for all interested bidders on Friday W” November, 2021 starting 9.00 AM for Thika, Witeithie, Ngewa, Githiga, Ruiru, Gatundu North. Gcturdu South, Gatukuyu Market, Munyu Market, and Madaraka Market sites.

The Original Tender Security shell be deposited in the Tender Box located outside the Supply Chain Management Offices on the 2nd Floor, Red Nova Building-Block B, before the tender closing date.

Completed tenders should be submitted through https://www.supplier.treasury.go.ke in PDF FORMAT on or before 26th November, 2021 at 12.00 noon.

Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later, in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address prescribed.

NB: LATE BIDS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
