Bidding documents with details can be obtained from Laikipia County Website www.laikipia.go.ke free of charge.
Only bidders meeting criteria indicated in the bid document shall be considered for further evaluation.
Duly completed tenders should be submitted online through the integrated financial management system (ifmis) on or before 13th April 2022.
N.B.
- Bidders attending site meetings scheduled for 4th April 2022 shall assemble at Laikipia County Infrastructure Department Board Room in Nanyuki at 9:00am, while bidders attending site meetings scheduled for 5th April 2022 shall assemble at Laikipia County Infrastructure offices in Nyahururu at 9:00am.
- Site meetings are only mandatory for new bidders. Bidders who attended previous site visit of 14th and 15th January, 14th and 15th February 2022 should only attach the site visit certificate issued. Every bidder should organize for their own transport to site.
- Bidders should submit a valid bid bond to the office of the head of supply chain management before the close date and a copy in the bid document while uploading.
