Qualification for Tendering (Mandatory)
The below listed documents are mandatory
- Copy of certificate of incorporation/registration
- Copy of valid Business permit
iii. Copy of Valid Tax compliance,
- Bid security (Bank Only)
Note:
Bidders are encouraged to make personal arrangements to acquaint themselves with the site before submissions of their bids, and a form on declaration of knowledge of site has been provided.
The criteria for evaluation of bids
The criteria shall be as described in the tender documents.
Original bid security to be submitted to the Head Supply Chain Management, at the Office of the Deputy Governor along Machakos- Nairobi Road.
Prices quoted should include all taxes and must be expressed in Kenya Shillings
